THERAPEUTIC SWEDISH MASSAGE
Therapeutic Swedish massage uses firm, but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension. It has a positive impact on high blood pressure, helps to strengthen the immune system, improve nerve function, and skin tone, among other benefits. Each individual client is catered to, therefore an initial 10 min intake and consultation prior to your massage. Please see the intake form below which can be printed and completed in advance before your appointment.
